Although the word "Allah" is Arabic and is the name used by Muslims to refer to their one and only God, Allah is not solely an Arabian God. When Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, began preaching his message in the early 7th century CE, he was not introducing a new concept of God. Instead, he was calling people back to the original monotheism of Abraham and the prophets who came after him. Muhammad's message was that there is only one God, and that all other gods are false. This message resonated with many Arabs, who were already familiar with the concept of Allah as the one and only God.
As Islam spread throughout the world, it was carried by people of all races and ethnicities. Today, Muslims can be found in every corner of the globe, and they all worship Allah as the one and only God. So, while the word "Allah" is Arabic and the Arabs were the first people to embrace Islam, Allah is not solely an Arabian God. He is the God of all Muslims, regardless of their race or ethnicity.
